Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes! All product images accurately represent what you'll receive. However, since our products are made with premium hemp flower, slight variations in appearance may occur.

 

Where can I view my sales receipt?

After completing your purchase, you will receive an email confirmation with your receipt. You can also access it in your account under Order History.

 

Do you ship nationwide?

We ship to most states, but due to local regulations, we cannot ship to Arkansas (AR), California (CA), Hawaii (HI), Idaho (ID), Kansas (KS), Louisiana (LA), Oklahoma (OK), Rhode Island (RI), Utah (UT), and Vermont (VT). Please check your local laws before purchasing.

How long does shipping take?

Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days, and delivery times vary based on location. You will receive tracking information once your order is processed.

 

Do you offer refunds or returns?

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will work to resolve the issue.
