At Floaty Goat, we want to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping policy below.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods and Timeframes
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Shipping timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier conditions.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders of $75 or more within the contiguous United States.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates for orders under $75 are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to all U.S. states and territories where hemp-derived THCA products are legal. It is your responsibility to verify that our products are legal in your state and local jurisdiction before placing an order. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Discreet Packaging
All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no external indication of the contents. Your privacy is important to us.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier’s website.
Signature Requirement
Due to the nature of our products and the 21+ age requirement, a signature may be required upon delivery. Please ensure someone 21 or older is available to sign for the package.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 48 hours. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate. Floaty Goat is not responsible for packages that are stolen after confirmed delivery.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for additional shipping charges to reship the order.
Shipping Restrictions
We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders shipping to jurisdictions where our products are prohibited. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for orders requiring a signature.
Purchase Restriction
We do not ship THCA or THCP products to the following states where THCA/THCP is restricted or illegal: Alaska, Arizona, Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Iowa, Michigan, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Ohio, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Utah, Vermont, Washington & West Virginia.
